I didn’t do a review of this visit, but still wanted to share the pictures!
We had dinner on Valentines day 2022.

For this Valentine’s dinner, they added some canapés to the menu. Fresh tuna sashimi on a skewer, a potato quaver as light and crunchy as a prawn cracker and a delicate guinea fowl empanada which was my clear favourite!

Lasagne of wild rabbit with wood blewits and chervil

Fillet of Hereford Beef, oxtail croquette, carrots, purple sprouting broccoli and red wine sauce

Slow cooked pork belly, faggot, wilted rainbow chard, baby parsnips, wild mushrooms and sauce Bourguignon

Comice oear and poire Williams bakewell tart, crème fraîche ice cream

Bramley apple soufflé, custard ice cream, calvados syrup

Beehive chocolates filled with salted caramel and honey madeleines topped with a lemon curd.
