I didn’t do a review of this visit, but still wanted to share the pictures!

Amuse Bouche

Pressed rabbit and foie gras terrine, pistachio, celeriac remoulade and spring onion
Soy and chili glazed pork belly, soba noodles, pak choi and miso and ginger dressing
Pan searched Gressingham duck breast, cherries, pommes dauphine and buttered spinach
Rd mullet, bulgur wheat, pickled radish, samphire, rocket oil and a red pepper coulis
Summer berry and vanilla trifle, hazelnut crumble and a raspberry and cocoa nib macaron
Yorkshire rhubarb and lime cheesecake, honeycomb and a coconut ice cream
